High Protein Bagels

In 2013 when I suggested that bagels could be the next product in development, our twitter feed lit up with excitement. After a year of development, refinement and perfecting, our bagels finally arrived. I would like to thank all our followers on social media for the feedback in helping seed the idea and shape the product.

Dr Zak's high protein bagels are available in two flavours, "multigrain & seed" and "cinnamon & raisin". Made using Dr Zak's signature blend of protein isolates, seeds and multigrain, they are packed with 22g to 23g of protein and contain 20% to 30% less carbohydrate than your standard bagel. As well as packing a protein punch, our bagels are also low in sugars , making them not only delicious, but nutritious.

The result is yet another delicious and convenient way for those packing in the training, alongside a busy life style, to meet both their protein, carbs and fibre needs.
